Best Ways to Rent or Stay at the Caribbean Resort in Navarre Beach
The Caribbean Resort in Navarre Beach is a 3-star condominium complex located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 19-story condominium offers spectacular views and easy access to pristine beaches and bountiful water activities. It offers 51 individually-decorated accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors.
We walked past this property every day on our trip in July of 2019. We stayed across the street at a single family home development. We definitely had more privacy but I think we would stay in a Navarre Beach beachfront condo next time. You can’t beat the easy access to the beach and the views.
We found searching listings on VRBO and, of course, AirBnB to be the most convenient and complete way to check availability at the Caribbean Resort in Navarre Beach. We also found listings on Booking.com.
#1 Insider Tip: Most local rental companies list their inventories on one of the larger sites. If you can find out who manages that rental you may be able to go direct and save some of the booking fees. It may not be worth the time for shorter rentals, but we went for 2 weeks and would likely try to do that next time now that we know the area. RENTAL RATES: Caribbean Resort Navarre Beach
You can see where the Caribbean Resort comes in on nightly rental rates in June on the chart below. June is the highest demand month and gives you a good comparison. Rates, overall, will be lower in off-peak months. We rated it $$$ which is the highest on our cost rating system. A June average rate of over $380.00 a night.

Caribbean Resort at Navarre Beach is located at 8477 Gulf Blvd, Gulf Breeze, FL 32566. The resort is conveniently situated just minutes away from restaurants, shopping venues, and attractions such as Gulf Island National Seashore and Fort Pickens.
