Best Ways to Rent or Stay at Navarre Beach Regency

Navarre Beach Regency is a nine-floor complex sitting directly on the snow-white sands. It reigns over 400-feet of beach frontage and has quick access to the beach with an elevated dune crossover. With only nine floors and 106 units, it is one of the least crowded condominium towers on Navarre Beach. The resort is directly on the beach, with lounge chairs and umbrellas available for rent seasonally.

Each unit has nine-foot ceilings with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the master suite. The extra-large balconies provide a panoramic view of the Gulf and beach. The beach is accessible by way of the handicap-friendly walkway.

For more traditional rentals, your best bets are searching VRBO and, of course, AirBnB.

#1 Insider Tip: Most local rental companies list their inventories on one of the larger sites. If you can find out who manages that rental you may be able to go direct and save some of the booking fees. It may not be worth the time for shorter rentals, but we went for 2 weeks and would likely try to do that next time now that we know the area. RESORT AMENITIES

Navarre Beach Regency offers 2 and 3 bedroom units with full kitchens and washers/dryers. An inviting beachfront pool stretches across the back of the tower. Parking is also provided for two cars per unit. A security guard shack ensures ultimate safety throughout your stay. RENTAL RATES: NAVARRE BEACH REGENCY

You can see where the resort comes in on nightly rental rates in June on the chart below. June is the highest demand month and gives you a good comparison. Rates, overall, will be lower in off-peak months. We rated it $$ which is in the middle of our cost rating system. A June average rate of over $290.00 a night.

Navarre Beach Regency is located at 8525 Gulf Blvd, Navarre, FL 32566. One thing that makes the resort unique is its close proximity to an array of local restaurants, family-friendly activities, and so many attractions.
