This man-made reef system has an East and West location that is located within the Santa Rosa Sound and a Gulf side area just off Santa Rosa Island in The Gulf of Mexico. The Navarre Beach Reef is located in the Santa Rosa County Navarre Beach Marine Park and is open to the public free of charge. It is open from sunrise to sunset. Please note that these coordinates are approximate and can be used as a general guide for locating the reef sections. It is always a good idea to consult local resources or join a guided snorkeling tour to ensure you are accurately navigating to the reef sites. If you want to go deep into the construction or the reef you can see the report here. The coordinates for the West reef seem to be on the West side of the causeway when you plug it into Google Maps and that doesn’t match what is on the pictured map above. We called SnorkelNavarreBeach.com and inquired and they are looking into the issue.
