The Pearl of Navarre Beach is an upscale resort located at Gulf Boulevard. A half-mile west of Navarre Bridge, this 258-feet 17-story resort mixes beautiful views and affordable prices with spacious, livable, relaxed interiors. It offers easy access to the sugary sand beaches and the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Each of the two- and three-bedroom condos have a Gulf-front balcony, with wraparounds on the three-bedroom units offering panoramic views. It is conveniently located near a variety of activities and attractions that will be enjoyed by the whole family.

We found listings on VRBO The Pearl and, of course, AirBnB to be the most convenient way to check availability at The Pearl.

#1 Insider Tip: Most local rental companies list their inventories on one of the larger sites.  If you can find out who manages that rental you may be able to go direct and save some of the booking fees.  It may not be worth the time for shorter rentals, but we went for 2 weeks and would likely try to do that next time now that we know the area. Unit 1706 can accommodate up to eight guests. It has a full kitchen, dining area, and an open living room that leads to a private balcony.

RENTAL RATES: The Pearl Of Navarre Beach

You can see where The Pearl comes in on nightly rental rates in June on the chart below.  June is the highest demand month and gives you a good comparison.  Rates, overall, will be lower in off-peak months. We rated it $$ which is in the middle of our cost rating system.  Although it is at the top of the middle group.  A June average rate of over $300.00 a night.
